Optim stays engaged with Nacha, the governing body that oversees the ACH Network, and national trade associations that provide its members with industry-specific education and compliance awareness.

As an affiliate member of Nacha, we contribute in a meaningful way to a variety of Nacha committees, workgroups, and other stakeholder groups that help influence the direction of the ACH Network. We also participate and speak at industry events providing education on ACH-specific topics as an effective means of risk mitigation.

As a member of The Payroll Group, we are joined by like-minded  independent payroll service providers from across the country to help reduce overhead costs, share success stories and develop common methods to better serve our payroll clients.
